Mary Morgan was born and raised in St. Charles, IL and has managed our flagship Carroll Tower development since 1992. Mary has overseen several major renovations of this development that entailed major construction activities and refinancings. Under Mary’s tutelage, Carroll Tower has won numerous community awards and recognitions, while meeting or exceeding all project budget and profit benchmarks for 16 straight years. Mary is an expert in complicated HUD / IHDA affordable housing rules and regulatory procedures. She has received recognition from various government agencies for her proficiencies in affordable housing programs. Personally, Mary is a successful local real estate investor, is the co-owner of a gift shop, as well as, a popular local restaurant and catering business. For over 20 years, Mary was an Illinois Foster Parent and cared for numerous disabled children and adults. She matriculated at Elgin College and studied computer science, bookkeeping and real estate. Mary is active in community affairs, local business, property management and charitable pursuits. Mary stays busy.
