The Metropolitan Apartments development entailed the substantial rehabilitation of three vintage properties into 69 efficiency, one, two, three and four bedroom rental apartments.  All of the development’s apartments are being substantially modernized.  Said improvements include, new kitchens and baths, upgraded flooring, painiting and decorating and new appliances.  Our Metropolitan development enjoys a mixed economic demographic divided between affordable and market residents.  Responsible Section 8 subsidy holders and market rate tenants continue to be welcomed.  Metro’s rents range from $665 (1brs), $800(2brs) to  $1,023 (4brs).  Immediate occupancies are available.
